These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DSK Talent Bridge website and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Job Applications
Submitting a job application through this website does not guarantee an interview, offer, or placement. Information you submit (including your resume) will be shared with the relevant client company for the role(s) you apply to, and may be retained for consideration against future roles unless you request deletion.
3. Staffing & Recruitment Services
Engagement terms for staffing, recruitment, RPO, contract staffing, payroll, and related services are governed by a separate signed services agreement between DSK Talent Bridge and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services except as set out in such an agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of DSK Talent Bridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
